Martin came to my rescue today to install my new dual fuel range cooker after being let down by an AO engineer. It turned out to be a more indepth job than he first expected due to the way the AO engineer removed my old cooker, but he got the job done. After nearly 4 weeks of having no working cooker, I am so happy to finally have my new one up & running! Martin is polite, helpful, reliable & punctual. Highly recommended! Thank you 😊

Martin was a great. He replaced my broken boiler and immersion heater expertly and professionally in October. Firstly he came out on an emergency call on a saturday evening. He then sourced and replaced and fixed the boiler with the minimum of fuss and at a reasonable price. He was very responsive on the phone. Professional and courteous. I can not recommend Martin highly enough.

We had been let down twice by Homeserve for a water leak that we had in our loft. I saw Martin's name on line and gave him a call at 6.10pm he said he would be with us in 20 mins, by 7pm he had completed the repair for us. Excellent service and very reasonable price I would highly recommend Martin.

Martin was very helpful when we had a problem with our hot water. He was extremely clean and tidy, had a calm professional manner and dealt with a situation that we felt out of our depth with. He explained what he was doing and the parts he had to replace and why. Very pleased with the service, cost and professional care.

My mother had a leaking joint on her newly installed boiler but the company that installed it would take 5 hours to travel down. So Google came to play. I found Martyn who was close, but I thought being a Sunday he might not be able to attend. I was wrong.... As much as Sunday was his day off, because mum was panicking and being nearly 84 he was with us within 30 mins. He identified the problem and showed us why it was leaking. He replaced the push in fitting with a brass one and also replaced another joint that may have been a future problem. I can't recommend Martyn highly enough. Top man and stopped mum from worrying. So big thanks to this professional.
